It’s been said that my main gift is being able to take complex situations, silence the noise and chatter and filter things down to a place where we can clearly see the roots and reasons for imbalance.  As a Registered Nurse, Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist certified in Healing Touch, Trauma Release and Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, my career and my passion are all about caring for the whole person.

Together, we have a combined 30 years of knowledge in practice and as life-long learners, holistic health nuts and the founders of Your Holistic Health Coach (Sarah), Soul Path Wellness (Amy) and co-founders of The Momentum Wellness Community and Membership, we like to use our skills to make our lives and the life of others better and easier.
